Identification and discussion of at least 5 distinct factors that are unique to the case study area that affect its liveability. This could include things like climate, zoning, population demographics, infrastructure etc. Each factor identified needs to be justified in a brief discussion as to why it affects the area’s liveability. All statements are supported by quality references. |

Report Pressures |
Identification and discussion of at least 5 distinct pressures/threats that could affect the case study area's liveability in the future. This could include things like climate change, population growth and other pressures as you see fit (use your engineering judgement and research!). Each pressure needs to be justified as to why it might affect the areas liveability in the future. All statements are supported by quality references. |

Clear figure outlining the boundaries of the case study area you have chosen.
