- Submit each as a Word or Excel document onto Slate:

Components

Music Cue Sheet

- Include a title at the top of the list (production title, music cue title)

- Add In/Out timecode & duration for each music piece used

- List artist / music name / source / music type

Final Script / Transcript

- Include a title at the top of the list

- Add a timecode for each line

- Transcribe the entire piece (all audio heard; includes VO, interview & sound ups)

Supers / Titles List

- Include a title at the top of the list

- List all titles (opening, lower 3rd  or credits) in the project

- Indicate font style/size and any other notes for the online (e.g. blur)

Final Credits

- Include a title at the top of the list

- Indicate the Role / Title in Bold

- List the person(s) name (spell check all text and names)

- List Special Thanks or logos

- Format: Centre Text & keep groups together (avoid spilling onto next page)

Late submissions will result in a penalty of 10% per day.

If delivered after 7 calendar days (1 week late), it will result in a zero.
