You are expected to be capable of answering your biological question by applying bioinformatics. This project should mainly apply evolutionary genomics and comparative genomics. A biological question & Data preparation
· Think about a question with possible answers in genomic information and propose one.
· Acquire the dataset necessary to answer your question. NOTE that genome data can only be derived from microbes (bacterium or virus) with genome sizes smaller than 10 Mb, so our server can handle the computation. The suggested data would be two distinct groups, and each group would include adequate genomes for statistical comparison.
