Groupwork: 4-5 students each group

Peer review: Confidential. 40% of the final individual mark is determined by the peer review scores. Students who do not review their team members will receive a penalty of 50% of their peer review score.

Late submission is not allowed and zero score.

Tasks and requirements:

1.  AI agent for industry analysis and company analysis (25%)

In addition to the template that I provided in the tutorial, I expect that:

a. The structure of the answer generated by AI agent should be similar to the structure of the industry and corporate analysis in the “Good example for equity research report” uploaded in week 8 LMO.

b. The contents in the answer generated by AI agent should cover at least 60% of the points mentioned in the lecture (slides).

2.  AI agent for financial analysis (DuPont analysis) (20%)

In addition to the template that I provided in the tutorial, I expect that:

a. The financial analysis should cover ROE analysis, and analysis of three components profit margin, assets turnover ratio, and financial leverage.

b. The financial analysis should have more weight on the company you cover (the first company in the dictionary), the other two companies just for comparison.

3.  AI agent for valuation model (25%)

a. The parameters you give are reasonable.

b. The final estimated value per share is reasonable.

No need to take video of the process how you copy/paster each parameter from the excel file. You can update all parameters before taking the video and put them in the word file. When you take the video, you can just copy/paste the updated parameters directly from the word file.

4.  AI agent for drawing figures (20%)

Requirement for CW ofAI agent for drawing:

1. Draw 8-10 figures, e.g., Dupont analysis, market share, selling volume, etc.

2. Should include line chart, pie chart, and bar chart.
