Things to consider |
1. Think about the information gathering plan you created. (i) What is the research objective of your information gathering (e.g., exploratory vs confirmatory –see section 5.1 in Stickdornet al. (2018))? You can update your information gathering plan to align with your research objective. |
|
2. After you have gathered information (interviews, research, etc.), the next step is to develop insights via modelling. (i) Which model(s) do you plan to use? (ii) Why did you choose them? |
|
3. In project-based workshop 2, you will work with your peer and develop an empathy map. (i) Identify WHO and Task Goals (the first two steps of an empathy map) for your empathy map. |
Creating and Submitting your Sketchbook
You can use any tool you wish (e.g., pen and paper, Miro, PowerPoint, etc) to create your sketchbooks.
You must submit all the sketchbook entries in a single file. For example, using
PowerPoint, each slide must represent one sketchbook entry. If you use pen and paper, take a photo of your sketchbook and copy it to a Word document or PowerPoint. If you are using
Miro, export your sketchbook as a PDF.Here is how to export Miro Boards
Make sure you have labelled your entries clearly (e.g., Sketchbook 1 – Entry 1: Empathise Part 1)
