PSYC735 Coursework Research Report Assessment (resit)
The aim of your assessment is to explore the psychosocial impact of cardiac arrest on caregivers of cardiac arrest (CA) survivors with no coronary heart disease (CHD). Your task is to analyse the data and report the grounded theory that is identified from the transcripts of four semi-structured interviews, and to write a qualitative report on your findings.
The interviewees are familial carers who are talking about their experiences of caring both during and after the cardiac arrest (CA). The aim of the study is to explore the psychosocial effects of CA without coronary heart disease (CHD) on family members of the CA survivor. A secondary aim is to discover how family members experienced the initial CA through to the transition of care to hospital and home settings.
You can hand code or use NVivo to complete the analysis. Use your analysis to write a qualitative research report with the following sections
