The purpose of this task is to identify the different structural forms of a polymer by exploring how Namas is made in the Torres Strait.

Your task is to:

1. Watch this video intro, and then from 6:10 as a class.

2. Read this link

a. Identify the conditions needed to make Namas (ceviche).

b. Identify what happens to the protein molecules.

c. Identify how this process changes the physical appearance of the fish.

3. Read this link

a. Copy and paste an image of each structural form (primary, secondary, tertiary, quaternary)

b. Write a summary sentence for each structural form.
