SMO208: Individual Report
This individual report is required to be no more than 1500 words, and it is recommended to contain your learning experience, contribution to your group works, and what you have learned from those experiences and this module, and how you may use what you have learnt in future.
The format shall be 1.0-line spacing in 12-point font. For environment protection, only soft copies are required.

Marking Criteria
1. Organization & Layout: The presentation of the report should follow the instructions, including the font size and line space. The report also should be readable, and the contents should be clearly presented.
2. Communicative & Informative Content: The contents of the report need to be succinct; they should be efficiently and vividly conveying key ideas, information, comments and relevant reasoning.
3. Structure: Your individual report needs to follow the recommended structures.
4. Grammatical and Wording Issues: All the contents need to be grammatically correct. The wording should be appropriate for a formal communication.
5. Learning experience:
